Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Wagoe Blueprint ("Service") is a SaaS platform that converts Markdown documents into Word (.docx) and PDF files using custom templates. The Service is operated by Wagoe ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Transmit malware, spam, or disruptive code

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We use Stripe to process payments — your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Templates and Content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the templates and documents you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Data Retention

Uploaded templates are stored until you delete them or close your account. Converted documents are not retained after delivery. We retain account data for up to 30 days after account deletion to enable recovery and comply with legal obligations.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but provide no warranty of uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wagoe's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
